1: CAMPMINDER ONLINE ACCOUNT
Please login to your account by clicking here. Once you are in your account, click "Forms & Documents" to access both the online Health Form & Travel Information. New for 2010 our Health Form can be filled out online please follow the steps provided to complete your health information online. While still in your online account fill out the online Travel Form completely. (If you have not made your travel arrangements yet, update this form when arrangements have been made)
