- Order Chewonki t-shirts and other gear
- Make travel arrangements
On May 1, 2008

- Health Form due
On May 15, 2008
- Maine Camp Outfitters ordering deadline
On June 1, 2008
- Rental request form due
- Travel form due
Before Camp
- Label all clothing and gear
- Mail all luggage at least two weeks before the beginning of the session to ensure timely arrival.
