• Send Registration and Risk / Responsibility Form, plus deposit
• Send any Special Applications
• Schedule Summer Camp health exam
• February 1: Tuition Payment due
• February 15: Scholarship Application due

Spring
When you receive the spring Pre-Camp Packet please:

• Order Chewonki T- Shirts and other gear
• Make Travel arrangements

• Tuition Payment Due
• Health Form Due
  
• Rental Request Form Due
• Health Form Due
• Travel Form Due
• Label all clothing and gear
• Mail all trunks at least two weeks before the beginning of the session to ensure timely arrival.
